Meet Our Founder
Raymond Ward, CMI
President Emeritus — Home Inspector Association of South Florida. Raymond Ward is a Commercial, Environmental, and Residential Licensed Specialist with more than two decades of experience in the inspection industry, including inspections performed throughout the United States and internationally. He holds four licenses & multiple certifications and accreditations:

Raymond holds certifications in thermal imaging inspections, commercial property inspections, and commercial restaurant evaluations, and has earned more than 75 continuing education credits per renewal periods, not counting teaching credits. As a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) and President Emeritus of the Home Inspector Association of South Florida, Raymond is recognized locally and nationally for his leadership, mentorship, and industry expertise.
He is committed to delivering clear, easy-to-read digital reports supported by detailed photography, while staying ahead of industry standards through continuous education and the use of advanced inspection technology.
Throughout his career, Raymond has mentored hundreds of inspectors in training and provides state-approved training for inspectors in the areas of mold assessment and property inspections.
Our Work & Standards
We follow the regulations and standards set by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR), the EPA, the Florida Department of Health, CCPIA and ASTM practice for commercial inspections. All environmental samples are analyzed by licensed and accredited third-party laboratories, ensuring that every result is backed by verifiable scientific data. Our residential inspections follow (and often exceed) the Florida Standards of Practice, delivering clear digital reports with photos and recommendations so buyers and sellers have full confidence in their transactions.
